Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kontakt, ich hatte bei der Bestellung zwei mal Kontakt mit Philipp welcher immer zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert antwortete (was heute nicht mehr überall üblich ist). Bei meiner Bestellung fehlte eine Hülle, diese wurde anstandslos und prompt ersetzt.
Alles in allem kann ich sagen, dass ich meine Sammlung der Plates auf jeden Fall erweitern werde.

Der Rahmen, der Magnet und der Hintergrund sind super. So gehen die Karten nicht in irgendeinem Binder unter sondern hängen immer gut sichtbar im Zimmer. Tolle Idee, tolles Produkt.
Ich möchte auch nochmal den Kundenservice hervorheben. Leider gab es bei meiner Bestellung ein Problem, mir würde sofort geholfen.
