🛃 Important notes & customs
- Customs service: For deliveries to the UK, Canada and Australia we cover all customs costs for you - no surprise charges on delivery.
- USA: Due to US tariff regulations, 15% import duties are added transparently in checkout - no surprises at your door. US orders require a minimum order value of $100 USD; shipping is free from $150 USD.
- Other countries outside the EU (e.g. New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Philippines): Depending on local regulations, import charges may apply; the checkout display and the destination country's rules are decisive.
- Delays: Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
- Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Packaging: Every parcel is packed to survive the journey safely.
