Plate Points
Every order leaves something behind.
Plate Points are our thank-you. You collect them with every order, 1,000 of them are €1, and at checkout you pay with them like money.

Terms
- Plate Points are store credit for tcgplate.de. They are personal, cannot be transferred, sold or paid out in cash.
- They are collected on the amount actually paid, excluding shipping, and only for orders that have been paid for.
- 1,000 points equal €1. Your balance is shown in your account in both points and euros.
- Points expire 36 months after they were credited. The date is visible in your account before it happens.
- If an order is refunded, we take the points for it back. One exception: goods you had already received and we refunded as a gesture of goodwill.
- Orders on our own accounts, press and influencer parcels and re-shipments do not collect points.
- We may change or end the programme at any time with reasonable notice. Points already credited keep their 36 months.
- Your balance is held in your Shopify customer account and is deleted with the account. See our privacy policy for details.
