Fast dispatch from stock: Your order is treated with top priority. We usually ship within 1-2 business days directly from our warehouse.
Frames® are made for you: Our Frames® are produced to order. Please allow 4-6 business days of production time before the parcel is dispatched.
You will also see the estimated delivery date for your address directly in checkout.

Besides Germany, we deliver to these 25 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
🛃 Important notes & customs
- Customs service: For deliveries to the UK, Canada and Australia we cover all customs costs for you. Nothing is added on delivery.
- USA: All US duties and import fees are already included in our US prices, and we handle customs clearance for you. US orders require a minimum order value of $75 USD; shipping is free from $150 USD.
- Switzerland: We deliver duty paid. You see the import charges upfront in checkout, and nothing is added on delivery.
- Other countries outside the EU (e.g. New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Philippines): Depending on local regulations, import charges may apply; the checkout display and the destination country's rules are decisive.
- Delays: Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
- Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Packaging: Every parcel is packed to survive the journey safely.
