FAQ
How is the gift card delivered?
Right after checkout you receive an email with the digital gift card and its code. Forward the email or print the code and hand it over in person.
How is it redeemed?
Simply at checkout: enter the code and the amount is deducted. If the order is cheaper, the remaining balance stays on the card; if it's more, the difference is just paid on top.
How long is it valid?
3 years from issue - plenty of time to find the perfect design or wait for a new release.
Does it work with offers like "Buy 6, pay 5"?
Yes. The gift card is a payment method and combines with every offer in the shop.
What if they don't want a display?
The card covers the entire range - including accessories like mounts and texture hexagons. And collectors with a special card can even request their own custom design.
